The Restaurant and Pizzeria “Pegaso” is run by the owners of the hotel, in particular by Mrs Ivana Mariani, a professional sommelier who has a passion for cookery and pastry. Come visit us and taste our cuisine, devoted to the high quality of raw materials and the simplicity of food processing. Our restaurant-pizzeria is authorized by the Italian Celiac Association (A.I.C.) to prepare and serve celiac food.
