Ristorante Pizzeria Pegaso

The restaurant and pizzeria, named “Pegaso”, is run by the same owners as the hotel, most notably by Ms Ivana Mariani, a professional sommelier and connoisseur of fine foods and pastry.

The restaurant offers both local and creative cuisine, combined with national and especially local wines from our well-stocked wine cellar. The menu changes periodically, always offering its clients seasonal dishes and particular attention to quality ingredients: local or national meat, fresh seasonal vegetables and home-made pasta.

We also take particular care in providing for guests who suffer from coeliac disease (intolerance to gluten) with a complete gluten-free menu.
